Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and, where applicable, in its original packaging. To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back and provide your order number and reason for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
